5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Kordil does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use the Software at your own risk. Always verify critical data with professional tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kordil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, project delays, or errors in analysis.
